Importance Of Resume
Resume is said to be the key to a job interview. To me resume is like a written image of your past career. You also need your resume to give the employer a chance to get a sense of what you can offer them. Regardless of the level of experience you may have, the quality of your resume may make all the difference between getting an interview and getting overlooked. Many job seekers underestimate the importance of a quality resume not only in getting a job, but in getting the right job. There fore they lack in getting a professional or I might say an up to dates resume. There are many formates to resumes.
As a result you should select the best organizational format. For example: Most resumes are written in chronological format, but that does not mean that the chronological choice is best for you. If you are making a career change or have extremely broad, related skills sets, a combination format may be best. The combination is evenly balanced between skill set description, achievements, and employment history.
Your resume should be absolutely error free you do not want the employer to have a hard time figuring out what you want them to understand as well as while they skim through your resume they should not have a difficulty reading your documents this just might just throw them off.Thinking you are careless and you are not efficient enough for the job. Then comes how detailed you are about your job experience. Employers need to see details about your work history and experience, but they don't need to know everything. Eliminate information that is not related and will not have direct impact on winning the interview. Then you should let them now about your accomplishments rather than job duties. What made you stand out from the crowd? How did you come up with a way to do things better, more efficiently, or for less cost? What won honors for you? Information such as this will be what makes you grab attention and put your resume on the top of the stack. And always keep your resume positive.Like reason for leaving a job, setbacks, failed initiatives, etc. do not have a place on a resume. Employers are seeking people who can contribute, have a positive attitude, are enthusiastic, and have successfully performed similar job skills in the past. Concentrate on communicating these issues and avoid any detracting information. After all this you should also know that a resume is not going to get you a job. It will get you an interview just like I said at the beginning.

In chapter 2 of the book “Turning Points” I came across few points that helped, changed my way of analyzing my characteristic. I use to think that influences can never change a person if he does not let it. On the other hand the writer explained in that chapter that
We are shaped by the group we are in.
We think that we could escape the negative influences but we can’t. We get bothered with looking at the characteristics of the group. With an effort of will we can shield our self to some extent from group influences but we can never be full bullet proof. So now I believe that we should have friends that are willing to help us and not think that ok they are my friend and it’s ok to hang out with them as long as I am ok. And at the same time always try to be around people that you see that has the same dream or at least studying the same group. Cause they can always be an extra help

Who is Tanvir Ullah!!!
Hi my name is Tanvir Ullah. I want to know who I am. “Who am I?” I believe every human being come up with this question in their head once in their life time. Few actually gets up and tries to figure it out and few just lets it be, in other word goes with the flow.
I think a person is to be known who he or she is by their personality, what they do and how they do it. Rather then what they think and plan for, because everything does not go according to plan in life. Even though I am said to be Extraverted I see myself to turn in to the required person. That does not mean I am not going to be myself. I will be who I am at the end of the day but I have the ability to do what I need to do and I shouldn’t be just be judged on what are my feelings.
